摘要 为了研究TC4钛合金的小孔钻削性能,采用单因素试验设计,利用DEFORM-3D软件建立钻削仿真模型,并结合钻削试验对比,分析了小直径麻花钻的主轴转速与进给速度在单一变量下对钛合金钻削轴向力的影响趋势。结果表明:钻削轴向力随主轴转速的增大而减小,随进给速度的增大呈波动上升趋势。基于钻削试验数据,利用MATLAB软件进行了多元回归分析,建立了钻削轴向力与进给速度、主轴转速之间的关系式,并进行了对比验证。通过立式显微镜对不同钻削参数下钻孔表面形貌和钻屑形态进行了观测与分析。 In order to study the small hole drilling performance of TC4 titanium alloy,the single-factor test design is adopted,and the drilling simulation model is established by using DEFORM-3D software.Combined with the comparison for drilling test,the influence trend of spindle speed and feed speed on the axial drilling force of titanium alloy under a single variable is studied and analyzed.The result shows that the drilling axial force decreases with the increase of spindle speed and fluctuates with the increase of feed speed.Based on drilling test data,multiple regression analysis is carried out with MATLAB software,and the relationship between drilling axial force,feed speed and spindle speed is established and verified by comparison.The surface morphology and cuttings morphology of drilling holes with different drilling parameters are observed and analyzed by vertical microscope.
