介绍了F.L.Smidth ACESYS自动化控制系统,该系统由主控制网、操作监控和现场总线三级控制网络构成,包含ECS操作组态和在STEP7编程软件平台上开发的PLC库,涵盖了水泥行业大多数的操作要求和功能。系统编程和操作方便,运行稳定,故障报警信息直观。
F.L.Smidth ACESYS automation control system was introduced.The system consists of three control networks:main control network,operation monitoring and field bus,including ECS operation configuration and PLC library developed on STEP7 programming software platform,covering most of the operational requirements and functions of the cement industry.The system programming and operation are convenient,the operation is stable,and the fault alarm information is intuitive.
