摘要
介绍了余热发电系统外排废水的来源以及实现废水零排放所采取的措施,实现了循环水、纯水制取再生产生的废水、锅炉连续排污废水、轴封加热器外排水的零排放,每天可回收余热发电系统外排水900余吨,年节约成本约121万元。
This paper introduces the source of waste water discharged from the waste heat power generation system and the measures taken for zero discharge of waste water.It realizes zero discharge of waste water generated from recycling of circulating water and pure water,continuous blowdown of boiler and drainage of shaft seal heater.It can recover more than 900 tons of waste water discharged from the waste heat power generation system each day and save about 1.21 million CNY of annual cost.
