China has become the main receiver of the global foreign direct investment and it's been the second largest country that invested in foreign countries and regions.China hopes to learn the advanced technologies and management experience through expanding outward foreign direct investment and to help the domestic enterprises spread risks.With the pushing of the"reform and opening-up"policy,China is getting to be an international trade power gradually with its principal trade partners ramifying Europe and America,Southeast Asia,Japan and Republic of Korea,etc.And the manufactured goods account for a rather large part in China's foreign trade.
