VAC联合PRP凝胶技术治疗足外伤后创面的效果

CLINICAL VALUE OF VACUUM-ASSISTED CLOSURE COMBINED WITH PLATELET-RICH PLASMA GEL IN REPAIRING FOOT WOUNDS AFTER TRAUMA

目的探讨负压封闭引流(VAC)联合富含血小板血浆(PRP)凝胶技术治疗足外伤后创面的效果。方法将2014年1月—2016年12月我科收治的足部外伤病人41例随机分为2组。观察组21例病人创面清创后采用VAC联合PRP凝胶技术治疗,对照组20例病人创面清创后行无菌油纱包裹,常规清洁换药。比较两组病人术后1、2、4周创面覆盖率和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分。结果术后1、2、4周,观察组病人的VAS评分和创面覆盖率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.349~11.258,P<0.05)。结论VAC联合PRP凝胶技术能够促进外伤后创面存留修复,减轻疼痛,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum-assisted closure(VAC)combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)gel in the treatment of foot wounds after trauma.Methods A total of 41 patients with foot wounds after trauma who were treated in our department from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled and divided into observation group with 21 patients and control group with 20 patients.The patients in the observation group were treated with VAC and PRP gel,and those in the control group were given routine sterile dressing change.The two groups were compared in terms of wound coverage rate and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score at 1,2,and 4 weeks after surgery.Results At 1,2,and 4 weeks after surgery,the observation group had significantly better VAS score and wound coverage rate than the control group(t=2.349-11.258,P<0.05).Conclusion VAC combined with PRP gel can promote the repair of foot wounds after trauma and reduce pain,and therefore,it holds promises for clinical application.
