基于卓越医生培养的临床实践能力教学创新与实践

INNOVATION AND PRACTICE OF EXCELLENT DOCTOR TRAINING-BASED CLINICAL PRACTICE ABILITY TEACHING

目的创新与实践基于卓越医生培养的临床实践能力教学。方法通过创新教学模式,重组临床实践能力教学内容,构建“亲身体验、研读经典、名师指导、模拟训练、临床实践、反思强化”的临床实践能力教学方法,实施临床实践能力培养的质量保障措施等,创新临床实践能力教学方法,并进行了4年的教学实践。结果基于卓越医生培养的临床实践能力教学创新与实践提高了教师的教学能力,提高了医学生医学人文精神、学习临床实践能力的意识,提高了医学生临床技能操作的规范性、准确性和熟练程度,提高了分析问题和解决问题的能力,以及人文素养与医患沟通能力。结论基于卓越医生培养的临床实践能力教学创新与实践对提高医学生的临床实践能力具有极其重要作用。

Objective To innovate and practice excellent doctor training-based clinical practice ability teaching.Me-thods We innovated the clinical practice ability teaching methods by innovating the teaching mode,reorganizing the contents of clinical practice ability teaching,establishing clinical practice ability teaching methods based on personal experience,reading classics,guidance of famous teachers,simulated training,clinical practice,and enhancement by reflection,and implementing quality assurance measures for clinical practice ability training.We have practiced these methods for four years.Results The innovation and practice of excellent doctor training-based clinical practice ability teaching improved the teaching ability of teachers and the medical humanistic spirit and awareness of improving clinical practice ability among medical students.Meanwhile,the medical students had great improvements in the compliance,accuracy,and proficiency of clinical skills and operation,the ability to analyze and solve problems,humanistic attainment,and doctor-patient communication skills.Conclusion Innovation and practice of excellent doctor training-based clinical practice ability teaching play an important role in improving the clinical practice ability of medical students.
