Analysis on Causes of Rise of House Prices in Wuhan

近十年来,武汉市房价持续上涨,特别是近几年来房价暴涨。文章首先回顾了武汉市房价上涨的历程,紧接着梳理影响房价的各种因素,然后结合武汉市实际情况分析房价上涨的成因,最后提出四个对策建议。

In the last ten years,the house prices in Wuhan rise continuously,especially in recent years.First,this article reviews the rising process of house prices in Wuhan,then,it combs all the factors which affect the house prices.And then,this article analyzes causes of rise of House Prices in Wuhan combined with the actual,at last,it puts forward four suggestions.
