摘要
经济是颜面,人才是关键,创新是动力,文化是灵魂。商业企业文化是商业企业的人格化,是商业企业成员思想行为的精华,它是一群人共同生活的方式,也是共同认可价值观的体现。它只有在大部分员工认同的基础上才会有效,因此商业企业文化建设与创新应该贯彻全员参加的原则,使商业企业文化具有厚实的群众基础。在商业企业文化建设与创新中应广开思路,虚心纳谏。研究在阐述职工合理化建议在商业企业文化建设与创新中的意义的同时并提出了相应的对策。
economy is face,talent is key,innovation is power,culture is soul。Corporate culture is the personification of the enterprise,the essence of the thoughts and behaviors of the members of the enterprise。It is the way of a group of people living together,and it is also the embodiment of the common recognition value。It can only be effective on the basis of the majority of employees'identity。Therefore,enterprise culture construction and innovation should implement the principle of full participation and make corporate culture have a solid mass foundation。In the construction of enterprise culture and innovation,we should open our thoughts and open our hearts。This paper expounds the meaning of the staff rationalization proposal in the enterprise culture construction and innovation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures。
