摘要
随着终身教育的深入发展和“双创”教育的深入推进,从事创业教育的高校教师必须提升自己的创新教学能力。研究在必要性和可行性的基础上,阐述了当前我国高校教师创业能力的现状及存在的问题,并提出构建教师自身意识、高校政策支持和社会企业实践三维循环模型,从教师、高校、社会三个方面有效提升教师的创业教育能力。
With the development of lifelong education and the Advancement of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,How to improve the entrepreneurial education ability of college teachers has become an important issue.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of improving the entrepreneurship education ability of college teachers,expounds the present situation and existing problems of the entrepreneurship ability of college teachers.It also constructs a three-dimensional circular model of teachers'self-consciousness,college policy supports and social enterprise practice,so as to effectively enhance teachers'entrepreneurial education ability from three aspects of teachers,universities and society.
