摘要 目的探讨脓毒血症中降钙素原(PCT)、血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)早期诊断的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2019年2月本院收治的30例脓毒血症患者为观察组,选取同期本院收治的30例非脓毒血症患者为对照组,对两组患者PCT、SAA、hsCRP进行测定,观察两组PCT、SAA、hs-CRP水平差异及检测特异性、敏感性。结果观察组PCT、SAA、hs-CRP均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中PCT敏感性及特异性均高于hs-CRP、SAA,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PCT、SAA、hs-CRP测定可对脓毒症患者进行准确诊断,其中PCT诊断特异性、敏感性更高。 Objective To explore the value of early diagnosis of procalcitonin(PCT), serum amyloid protein(SAA) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in sepsis. Methods 30 patients with sepsis from August 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were collected as observation group, and 30 patients with non-sepsis were collected as control group. PCT, SAA and hs-CRP levels were measured in two groups. The differences of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP levels, specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were observed. Results PCT, SAA and hs-CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). PCT sensitivity and specificity in the two groups were higher than those in hs-CRP and SAA, with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion PCT, SAA and hs-CRP can be used to diagnose sepsis patients accurately, and PCT has higher specificity and sensitivity.
