中药汤剂灌肠配合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期的效果观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and hemodialysis on uremic period of chronic renal insufficiency

目的探讨中药汤剂灌肠配合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年3月本院收治的110例慢性肾功能不全尿毒症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各55例。对照组采取血液透析,研究组在对照组基础上采取中药汤剂灌肠,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率为69.09%(38/55),对照组为49.09%(27/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、中医症候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者血钙、血钠、血钾指标相比,差异无统计学意义。结论对于慢性肾功能不全尿毒症患者,采取中药汤剂灌肠配合血液透析治疗,可显著改善肾功能,且不会影响电解质平衡。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with hemodialysis on uremic period of chronic renal insufficiency. Methods 110 patients with chronic renal insufficiency uremia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis, while the study group was treated with enema of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group, comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group was 69.09%(38/55), and that of the control group was 49.09%(27/55), the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum creatinine(Scr), urea nitrogen(BUN), and TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum calcium, blood sodium and serum potassium between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion For patients with chronic renal insufficiency uremia, taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction and hemodialysis treatment can significantly improve renal function without affecting electrolyte balance.
