欣姆沛联合缩宫素预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xinmupei combined with oxytocin on prevention of bleeding after cesarean section in twin pregnancy

目的探讨欣姆沛联合缩宫素应用于预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年10月至2019年5月行剖宫产的62例双胎妊娠产妇,随机分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组给予缩宫素,观察组在应用缩宫素基础上再给予欣姆沛。对比分析两组产妇术后出血量及临床疗效。结果观察组产妇术中出血量、术后24 h出血量及总出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣姆沛联合缩宫素预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血效果显著,可在减少产妇术中及术后出血的同时,减少因单纯增加缩宫素剂量引起的不良反应,并降低产后出血的发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmupei combined with oxytocin in preventing bleeding after cesarean section for twin pregnancy. Methods 62 twin pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from October 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given oxytocin, while the observation group was given Xinmupei on the basis of oxytocin. The amount of bleeding after operation and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The amount of bleeding during operation, 24 hours after operation and the total amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xinmupei combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on preventing bleeding after cesarean section of twin pregnancy. It can reduce bleeding during and after operation, reduce side effects caused by simple increase of oxytocin measurement, and reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding. It is worth popularizing and applying.
