前列地尔联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of alprostadil combined with fosinopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria

目的探析前列地尔联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年2月至2018年11月在本院接受糖尿病肾病蛋白尿治疗的患者82例为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。观察组患者采用前列地尔联合福辛普利进行治疗,对照组则单独采用福辛普利进行治疗,比较两组患者的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及24 h尿蛋白量等肾功能指标水平,同时比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的Scr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白量等肾功能指标水平均有所下降,且观察组优于对照组,同时观察组的临床疗效(95.12%)显著高于对照组(75.61%)(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论前列地尔联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿可更好的提升临床疗效,且不会增加患者的不良反应,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with fosinopril in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy. Methods From February 2017 to November 2018, 82 cases of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with fosinopril, while those in the control group were treated with fosinopril alone. The levels of serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and 24-hour urinary protein were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the renal function indexes such as Scr, BUN and 24 h urine protein in the two groups were decreased, and the observation group was superior to the control group. At the same time, the clinical efficacy of the observation group(95.12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.61%)(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with fosinopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is more effective in improving the clinical efficacy of proteinuria, and will not increase the side effects of the patients. It is safe to treat diabetic nephropathy.
