谷维素联合定坤丹治疗围绝经期的疗效观察及对内分泌的改善作用

Observation on the efficacy of oryzanol combined with Dingkundan in the treatment of perimenopause and its endocrine improvement

目的探讨谷维素联合定坤丹治疗围绝经期的疗效及对内分泌的改善作用。方法选取本院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的80例围绝经期患者。采用国际随机字母表法将80例患者分成研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用谷维素治疗,研究组给予谷维素联合定坤丹治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析,观察比较两组治疗后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及烦热出汗、失眠、情绪烦躁、心神不宁改善时间等评分。结果治疗后,研究组E2水平(72.71±3.82)pmol/L明显高于对照组(66.68±3.76)pmol/L,FSH(21.56±1.09)U/L及LH水平(20.64±1.07)U/L均明显低于对照组(26.30±1.78)U/L、(24.73±1.09)U/L;研究组烦热出汗、失眠、情绪烦躁、心神不宁改善时间均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床有效率为95.00%,与对照组临床有效率72.50%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论谷维素联合定坤丹治疗围绝经期妇女临床疗效显著,显著改善内分泌紊乱,使得E2、FSH、LH水平恢复正常,改善烦热出汗、失眠等临床症状,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of oryzanol combined with Dingkundan on perimenopause and its endocrine improvement.Methods 80 perimenopausal patients were selected from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. 80 patients were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oryzanol. The study group was treated with oryzanol combined with Dingkundan. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. After treatment, estradiol(E2), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), sweating, insomnia, emotional irritability and anxiety were observed and compared in the two groups.Results After treatment, E2 level(72.71±3.82) pmol/L in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.68±3.76) pmol/L,FSH(21.56±1.09) U/L and LH level(20.64±1.07) U/L were significantly lower than those in the control group(26.30±1.78) U/L and(24.73±1.09) U/L.The improvement time of fever, sweating, insomnia, emotional agitation and restlessness in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was significantly different from that of the control group(72.50%, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of oryzanol combined with Dingkundan in the treatment of perimenopausal women is significant. It can significantly improve the endocrine disorders, make E2, FSH, LH levels return to normal,improve clinical symptoms such as fever, sweating, insomnia and so on. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
