摘要
为了激发学生助理参与高校图书馆服务的积极性和提高服务工作的成效,文章针对当前高校图书馆对学生助理绩效评价的不足,利用360度反馈评价法分析了学生助理参与图书馆服务的评价主体,在德能勤绩评价指标设定的基础上,根据指标的相关性确定了评价主体的评价范畴,并以5个评价标准构建了高校图书馆学生助理绩效评价体系。
In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of student assistants participating in university library service and improve the effectiveness of service,aiming at the deficiency of student assistant’s performance evaluation in university library at present,this paper analyzes the main body of student assistant’s participation in library service by the 360-degree feedback evaluation method.On the basis of the evaluation index setting,the evaluation category of the evaluation subject is determined according to the correlation of the index,and the performance evaluation system of the student assistant in the university library is constructed according to the five evaluation criteria.
