摘要
在生产DTY过程中,移丝装置必须满足运行平稳,时刻不停留,速度均衡等特点。由于机型设计的不合理,ATF-1500机型的三罗拉移丝存在移丝幅度短、移丝停止、移丝抖动、移丝周期异常、发生异常不会报警无法及时发现等问题。并研究其异常经常发生的4个种类及产生的主要原因,并根据原因采取了移丝连接板改造、移丝涡轮改造、移丝监测板改造、监测程序变更等相关措施杜绝或预防异常的发生。
In the process of DTY production,the wire moving device must meet the characteristics of stable operation,no staying at all times,and speed balance.Due to the unreasonable design of atf-1500 model,there are some problems such as short wire moving range,stopping,shaking,abnormal wire moving period,no alarm in case of any abnormality,etc.According to the reasons,we take some measures such as the transformation of the wire moving connecting plate,the transformation of the wire moving turbine,the transformation of the wire moving monitoring plate,and the change of the monitoring program to prevent or eliminate the abnormal occurrence.
