PTA残渣二次浓缩技术探讨

摘要 研究精对本二甲酸装置残渣浆料浓缩,切片固化的新技术。通过改进残渣浓缩工艺路线,从残渣循环泵出口新增至薄膜蒸发器管线,实现残渣浆料的二次浓缩,以达到降低残渣含湿量,提高切片效率,实现环保减排的目标。通过实践证明,残渣二次浓缩技术,可以实现残渣浆料含酸量大幅降低,装置残渣总量大幅下降的目标。 This paper studies the new technology of concentrate,slice and solidify for the residue slurry of the benzoic acid plant.In order to reduce the moisture content of residue,improve the efficiency of slicing,and achieve the goal of environmental protection and emission reduction,the secondary concentration of residue slurry is realized by improving the residue concentration process and adding the residue circulation pump outlet to the thin film evaporator pipeline.It has been proved by practice that the secondary concentration technology of residue can achieve the goal of greatly reducing the acid content of residue slurry and the total amount of residue in the plant.
