摘要
目的:探讨用手术联合柴胡疏肝散加减方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年1月期间某医院收治的60例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和中药治疗组。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行手术治疗。在此基础上,为中药治疗组患者采用柴胡疏肝散加减方进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:中药治疗组患者治疗的总有效率、生存质量评分表(QOL)的评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)的水平、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分、病情的复发率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;其住院的时间、术毕至疼痛症状消失的时间、乳头溢液消失的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用手术联合柴胡疏肝散加减方治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其临床症状,缓解其抑郁情绪,提高其生存质量,降低其病情的复发率,从而改善其预后。
Objective:To investigate the effect of operation combined with bupleurum shugan powder plus and subtracting prescription on plasma cell mastitis.Methods:a total of 60 patients with plasma cell mastitis admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as subjects.These patients were divided into the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Both groups were treated with surgery after admission.On this basis,chaihu shugan powder plus or minus formula was used to treat the patients in the TCM treatment group.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:the total effective rate and QOL score of patients in the TCM treatment group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The serum levels of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and the recurrence rate of the disease were all lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The duration of hospitalization,duration of postoperative pain and duration of nipple discharge were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:operation combined with bupleurum shugan powder plus and subtracting prescription for treatment of plasma cell mastitis is more ideal,which can effectively improve its clinical symptoms,relieve its depression,improve its quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate of its condition,thus improving its prognosis.
