天癸更年软胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的效果研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure with Tiangui Gengnian Soft Capsule

目的:探讨用天癸更年软胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的效果。方法:选取浙江省金华市中心医院2018年1月至2019年2月接诊的卵巢早衰患者270例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=135)和对照组(n=135)。为观察组患者应用天癸更年软胶囊进行治疗,为对照组患者应用性激素替代疗法(HRT)进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后其性激素指标和血脂指标的变化情况。结果:1)治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后,两组患者治疗的总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2)治疗后,两组患者血清E2的水平均较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)治疗后,观察组患者血清HDL-C的水平高于对照组患者,其血清TC、TG、LDL-C的水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用天癸更年软胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的效果显著。

objective:to investigate the effect of tianguigenian soft capsule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods:270 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to jinhua central hospital of zhejiang province from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=135)and control group(n=135)by random number table method.Patients in the observation group were treated with tianguigenian soft capsule and patients in the control group were treated with sex hormone replacement therapy(HRT).Then compare the clinical effect of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of their sex hormone indicators and lipid indicators changes.Results:1)after 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).2)after treatment,serum E 2 levels in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3)after treatment,the serum hdl-c level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum TC,TG and ldl-c levels were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:tianguigenian soft capsule is effective in treating premature ovarian failure.
