摘要
目的:分析D-二聚体(DD)检测在诊断强直性脊柱炎中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年3月期间济宁市第一人民医院收治的56例强直性脊柱炎患者和同期在该院进行体检的56例健康人作为研究对象。将其中的56例体检者作为对照组,将其中的56例强直性脊柱炎患者作为观察组,再按照Bath疾病活动度指数(BASDAI)将观察组中BASDAI≥4的35例患者作为观察A组,将观察组中BASDAI<4的21例患者作为观察B组。对三组研究对象均进行DD检测和常规检测,并对观察组患者DD的水平及其临床资料进行分析研究。然后,比较三组研究对象DD的水平,并观察观察组患者DD的水平与其临床指标的相关性。结果:观察组患者DD的水平明显高于对照组体检者,P<0.05。观察A组患者DD的水平高于观察B组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者DD的水平与其脂蛋白a[Lp(A)]的水平、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的水平、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平、血沉(ESR)的速度、BASDAI均呈正相关性,其DD的水平与其载脂蛋白-A(ApoA)的水平和纤维蛋白时间(FIBT)均呈负相关性,P<0.05。结论:DD检测在诊断强直性脊柱炎中的应用价值较高。
objective:to analyze the diagnostic value of d-dimer(DD)in ankylosis.Methods:56 patients with ankylosis admitted to jining first people’s hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 and 56 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as subjects.Among them,56 physical examination subjects were taken as the control group,56 ankylose spondylitis patients were taken as the observation group,and then 35 patients with BASDAI≥4 in the observation group were taken as observation group A and 21 patients with BASDAI<4 in the observation group as observation group B according to the BASDAI disease activity index(BASDAI).DD detection and routine detection were performed on all three groups of subjects,and the level and clinical data of DD in the observation group were analyzed and studied.Then,the levels of DD in the three groups were compared,and the correlation between DD levels and clinical indicators in the observation group was observed.Results:the level of DD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of DD in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Observation group of patients with DD level and the levels of lipoprotein a[Lp(a)],the level of fibrinogen(FIB),C-reactive protein(CRP)level,blood sedimentation velocity,BASDAI(ESR)are positive correlation between,the level of the DD with apolipoprotein a(ApoA)level and fibrin time(FIBT)are negative correlation,(P<0.05).Conclusion:DD detection is of high value in the diagno sis of ankylost spondylitis.
