产教融合视域下高职教育人才培养策略探析

On the Strategy to Cultivate Talents of Higher Vocational Education from Perspective of the Integration of Industry and Education

该研究从产教融合的内涵及产教融合对高职教育人才培养的意义出发,结合当前我国职业教育发展现状,对产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养策略进行调研分析。依据分析可以看出,目前高职院校存在人才培养目标不够明确、产教融合相关政策不健全、人才培养过程中缺乏一定服务能力、师资素质和教育教学能力较低等问题,因此针对性的提出完善高职教育人才培养体系、建立健全产教融合相关政策、提高服务发展能力、培养“双师型”教师等发展策略。

This paper analyzes the strategy to cultivate talents of higher vocational education,which starts from the connotation of the integration of industry and education and its the significance on higher vocational education.The analysis result showed that the imperfect policies of integration production and education,the ambiguous talents training goal,lack of ability serve for talents cultivation,poor teachers'quality and teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,hence,some suggestions to improve the personnel training system,establish the integration of industry and education policy,enhance the service development ability,and cultivate"double-type teachers"development are proposed in this paper.
