加快洞庭湖生态经济区建设,应整合现有产业资源,围绕提质增效,大力推进工业领域新旧动能转换,打破发展壁垒和瓶颈制约。洞庭湖生态经济区应担起重任,唱好主角,通过正确把握破除旧动能和培育新动能的关系,积极探索洞庭湖区经济高质量发展新路径。

To speed up the construction of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,we should integrate existing industrial resources,focus on improving quality and efficiency,and also vigorously promote to convert old into new kinetic energy for industries,which is to break down development barriers and bottlenecks,above all,we should pay attention to explore the new path of high-quality economic development in the Dongting Lake Area by correctly grasping the relationship of the conversion of old into new kinetic energy.
