摘要
对乡村教师职业倦怠情况开展调查并分析其主要影响因素,结果发现:学生、工作负荷、职业发展、学校环境、人际关系、教学新技能、工作安定感、教师人格特点等主客观因素与乡村教师职业倦怠都存在相关关系。建议加大政策干预、改善工作环境、提高工作待遇的同时,唤醒和激发乡村教师的内生力量,从个体心理层面寻找应对职业倦怠的有效策略。
The investigation of rural teachers'job burnout and the analysis of its main influencing factors,showed that the subjective and objective factors such as students,work load,career development,school environment,interpersonal relationship,new teaching skills,job stability and teachers'personality characteristics are all related to rural teachers'job burnout.It is suggested that increasing policy intervention,improving teachers'working environment and allowance,awakening and stimulating the endogenous strength in order to deal with job burnout from the individual psychological level.
