小组工作方法引入高职生“职业指导”课程教学的探索

摘要 在高职院校的“职业指导”课程教学中引入小组工作方法,借助小组工作和职业指导一致的价值观,借鉴小组工作的技巧,采用多种小组工作模式,转变传统教学模式,实现差异化的职业指导目标,可以缓解高职院校职业指导师资队伍薄弱的问题,并能提高教学效果。 The group working method is introduced into the"career guidance"teaching in this paper,it is suggested that the teacher could change the traditional teaching mode that conform to the consistent values with group working and career guidance,and also using a variety of team work skills and mode,which can realize the goal of career guidance in the differentiation,and also improve the teachers'literacy and teaching effect.
