摘要
杂豆中的植物化学物、膳食纤维及抗性淀粉等有助于慢性疾病预防和控制。人体干预研究和前瞻性流行病学研究表明,含有杂豆的饮食可以降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),有利于减少代谢综合征、缺血性心脏病、糖尿病和肥胖的风险。本文对杂豆结合进入健康膳食模式时对控制餐后血糖、体重管理、预防心血管疾病等方面的积极作用进行综述。
Dietary fiber,phytochemicals and resistant starch,etc.in the pulses intake are beneficial in chronic disease prevention and control.Dietary intervention and prospective epidemiological studies indicated that diets containing pulses could reduce low-density cholesterol(LDL-c),lower the risk of metabolic syndrome,ischemic heart disease,diabetes and obesity.The present article reviewed the positive effects of pulses on postprandial blood glucose control,weight management,and cardiovascular disease prevention when entering healthy dietary pattern.
