摘要 通过对基质沥青、聚氨酯(PU)、苯乙烯-丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)等原材料的优选和分析,采用共混复合改性技术研发了一种新型的SBS-PU高黏高弹沥青.通过红外光谱(FTIR)、多应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)和动态剪切流变(DSR)试验,分析了SBS-PU高黏高弹沥青的改性机理、高温流变性能和储存稳定性.同时结合灰色关联熵分析及沥青性能变化规律,确定了改性工艺关键参数.结果表明:SBS与PU复合改性可有效提高沥青的黏弹性能,使其达到高黏高弹特性;SBS-PU复合改性过程兼具物理和化学改性;PU化学改性有助于SBS-PU高黏高弹沥青获得优异的高温流变性能和储存稳定性.推荐工艺参数为:剪切温度170℃,剪切速率4000 r/min,剪切时间50 min,发育时间60 min. The preparation of SBS-PU high viscosity and elasticity asphalt material was carried out through the optimization of raw materials such as matrix asphalt,polyurethane(PU)and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS).The modification mechanism,high temperature properties and storage stability of SBS-PU binder were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR)and dynamic shear rheological(DSR)test.The key process parameters were determined according to the grey correlation and asphalt performance.The results show that SBS and PU composite modification can effectively improve the viscoelasticity of the binder to possess high-viscosity and high-elasticity.SBS-PU composite modification combines both physical and chemical modification;PU chemical modification helps SBS-PU binder to obtain excellent high temperature rheological properties and storage stability.The recommended process parameters are as follows:shear temperature 170℃,shear rate 4000 r/min,shear time 50 min,curing time 60 min.
