摘要
采用经过简易处理的餐厨废油与柴油混合作为稀释剂,利用自主研发的辅助添加剂制备道路坑槽修补用冷补沥青.首先采用3种柴油与餐厨废油质量比来配制稀释剂,然后以3种辅助添加剂掺量及5种基质沥青与稀释剂的质量比来调配冷补沥青,并基于冷补沥青布氏黏度的测试结果优选了2组冷补沥青配方;通过冷补沥青混合料的拌和试验、黏附性测试和间接拉伸强度试验,推荐了含餐厨废油冷补沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量.结果表明:餐厨废油的布氏黏度与柴油的布氏黏度相近,具备稀释基质沥青的功能,但掺量较高时会对冷补沥青的黏附性产生轻微的负面影响,因此需控制其掺量以保证冷补沥青的黏附性;含餐厨废油冷补沥青的建议配方为:稀释剂中柴油与餐厨废油质量比85∶15~65∶35,基质沥青与稀释剂的质量比79∶21~77∶23,辅助添加剂掺量3%~4%(外掺);含餐厨废油冷补沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量为4.7%~5.0%.
To assess the feasibility of applying cooking waste oil(CWO)in road engineering,cold patching asphalt(CPA)material for pavement pothole that containing CWO was prepared and its performance was evaluated.The CWO was simply treated and then mixed with diesel as the diluent for the preparation of CPA liquid,and a self-developed auxiliary additive was also used to increase the adhesion performance of the liquid.The combination of 3 diesel-CWO ratios of the diluent,3 use levels of auxiliary additive and 5 asphalt-diluent ratios was selected.Two formulations of CPA liquid was determined based on the results of Brookfield viscosity test.The optimum binder content of the CPA mixture containing CWO was recommended by mixing test,adhesion test and indirect tensile strength test of the CPA mixture.Results show that CWO has the function of dilution as its Brookfield viscosity is close to that of diesel and it has good compatibility with asphalt.Unluckily,CWO shows a slight negative effect on the adhesion of CPA,and in this respect,the use level of CWO needs to be controlled.The recommended formulation of CPA containing CWO is:the diesel to CWO ratio is 85∶1565∶35,the asphalt-diluent ratio is 79∶2177∶23 and the proportion of auxiliary additive is 3%4%.The suggested optimum binder content of CPA mixture containing CWO is 4.7%5.0%.
