摘要
根据现场布置及实测数据,采用头脑风暴法提出满足实际的设计要求,利用Solidworks完成结构设计、ANSYS完成强度验算,完成方案设计。该方案将彻底解决闸门拉杆连接过程中人员高处坠落、设备滑落的安全风险,提高闸门起吊的工作效率。
According to the field layout and measured data,bramstorming method is adopted to meet the actual design requirements.Solidworks is used to complete the structural design,and ANSYS is used to complete the strength checking calculation.This scheme will thoroughly solve the safety risk of personnel falling and equipment sliding during the connecting process of gate tie rod,and improve the efficiency of gate lifting.
