摘要 “三全育人”不仅仅是加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的基本原则之一,更是指导其他各级各类思想政治教育的理念及原则。在梳理“三全育人”的发展历程和分析其含义的基础上,重新阐述“三全育人”的内涵,并从整体性和思想政治教育学基本理论的角度界定“三全育人”的概念,进而揭示“三全育人”的内在逻辑:相互联系、密不可分、内在统一的,统一于思想政治工作实践,以期形成“三全育人”理念原则的知识体系,丰富思想政治教育学基础理论,更好地为各级各类思想政治教育提供理论指导。 “Three all-round education”is not only one of the basic principles for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of colleges and universities under the new situation,but also the idea and principle of guiding ideological and political education at various levels.On the basis of combing the development history of“three all-round education”and analyzing its meaning,the connotations of“three all-round education”are re-explained,and its conception is defined from the perspective of holistic and ideological and basic theories of political education,and then the internal logic of“three all-round education”is revealed:it is interrelated,inseparable,internal unity,and unified in the practice of ideological and political work.That is to form a knowledge system of the“three all-round education”principle,enrich basic theories of ideological and political education and to provide better theoretical guidance for all levels of ideological and political education.
