中国区域工业创新效率评价研究——基于Malmquist指数模型

Evaluation of Regional Industrial Innovation Efficiency in China——Based on Malmquist Index Model

利用中国30个省市2011—2017年规模以上工业企业的面板数据,运用BCC模型、Malmquist指数以及聚类分析进行工业创新效率的测算,得到以下结论:第一,根据BCC模型对2011年和2017年数据的静态测算与比较可知,总体来说,中国规模以上工业企业的综合技术效率呈上升趋势;第二,2011—2017年中国30个省市规模以上工业企业全要素生产率一直为增长态势。然而由于基数问题和瓶颈问题,技术进步速度有放缓的趋势;第三,工业企业创新能力强弱的分布并没有完全遵循传统的东部、中部、西部的分类。

Based on panel data of industrial enterprises above scale in 30 provinces and cities of China from 2011 to 2017,the paper uses BCC model,Malmquist index and cluster analysis to calculate the efficiency of industrial innovation.The following conclusions are drawn.Firstly,according to the static calculation and comparison of the data of 2011 and 2017 based on BCC model,it can be seen that overall,the comprehensive technical efficiency of industrial enterprises above the scale of China is on the rise.Second,from 2011 to 2017,the total factor productivity of industrial enterprises above the scale of 30 provinces and municipalities in China has been increasing.However,due to the problems of base and bottleneck,the speed of technological progress tends to slow down.Thirdly,the distribution of innovation capability of industrial enterprises does not fully follow the traditional classification of eastern,central and western regions.
