生态翻译学理论下的公示语译写生态构建——以六安市为例

Ecological Construction of the Use of English in Public Service Areas from the Perspective of Eco-translatology Theory——Taking Lu’an City as an Example

随着国家《公共服务领域英文译写规范》的发布,我国公示语译写进入了一个新的发展阶段和高度。然而,公示语的规范译写是一项艰巨的工作,工作效果的提升不仅靠翻译界、学术界的“一己之力”,更依赖于整个社会。生态翻译学理论为公示语译写规范研究提供了宏观研究视角。研究结合六安市公示语译写状况,试图从翻译整体生态体系宏观视角出发,从翻译管理生态系统、翻译教育生态系统、翻译市场生态系统和翻译本体系统四个层面构建该市公示语译写的优良生态。

The promulgation of Guidelines for the Use of English in Public Service Areas symbolizes that the use of English in public serve areas in China has stepped into a new developing stage.However,the standard use of English in public service areas is an arduous job which not only depends on the sole working of translators and scholars,but relies more on the efforts of the whole society.Fortunately,the eco-translatology theory can provide a macro view for the study of the standard use of English in public service areas.Based on the macroview of the entire translational ecosystem,this paper tries to study the status quo of the use of English in public service areas in Lu an city with the hope to construct a good ecology situation for the use by analyzing the entire translational ecosystem from four aspects,i.e.translation management ecosystem,translation market ecosystem,translation education ecosystem and the ecosystem of translation by itself.
