Research on the performance evaluation of the construction of science and technology reporting system in Jiangsu

文章结合江苏省科技报告系统建设情况,构建科技报告系统建设情况绩效评估体系,以江苏省科技报告系统建设的具体情况为评估对象,按照定量与定性相结合的原则,采取多指标综合分析法,综合评价科技报告系统建设项目的整体绩效并提出存在的问题和建议。评估结果表明科技报告系统建设项目总体情况较好。

According to the construction of science and technology reporting system in Jiangsu,the performance evaluation system of science and technology reporting system construction is constructed.Taking the concrete situation of Jiangsu science and technology reporting system construction as the evaluation object,according to the principle of combining quantitative and qualitative,the multi-index comprehensive analysis method is adopted to evaluate the overall performance of science and technology reporting system.The evaluation results show that the overall situation of the project is in a good performance,and the existing problems and suggestions are put forward.
