摘要
喷水减温器的运行情况是影响电站锅炉安全经济性的主要因素之一。结合420 t/h锅炉再热器微量喷水减温器及连接管弯头、高温再热器入口联箱与1025 t/h锅炉再热器微量喷水减温器连接管弯头、过热器三级减温器本体及管座角焊缝等失效案例,依据断裂力学原理,采用宏观检查、金属检验、应力分析等手段揭示部件失效的原因,为此类承压部件的监督检验及运行维护提供参考依据。
The operation of spray desuperheater is one of the main factors affecting the safe and economic operation of utility boilers.Based on fracture mechanics principle,the visual inspection,metal inspection and stress analysis are adopted for analyzing the failure cases of 420 t/h boiler reheater micro spray desuperheater and connecting pipe,elbow,high temperature reheater inlet header and 1025 t/h boiler reheater micro spray desuperheater connecting pipe elbow,superheater stage 3 desuperheater body and fillet weld of tube base.In this paper,a reference basis is provided for supervision,inspection and operation and maintenance of such pressure components.
