摘要
数字中频芯片通常间接地采取matlab的方式进行datapath滤波器等功能的设计和验证。在此基础上直接对数字中频RTL代码进行仿真验证研究,分别从单音、宽带、delay测试等方面进行阐述,结合快速傅立叶变换,综合运用python脚本工具分析结果。研究结果表明,相对于间接采用matlab仿真,直接的RTL代码仿真不仅能实现同样的测试功能,而且可以更好地提升代码覆盖率和功能覆盖率,进一步提升了验证质量。
Digital IF chips usually adopt the method of matlab to design and verify datapath filters and other functions indirectly.Based on this,the simulation verification research of digital intermediate frequency RTL code is performed directly.Explanation is done from the aspects of single tone,broadband,delay test,etc.,and combined with fast Fourier transform,comprehensive analysis on the results performed by using python script tools.The research results indicate that compared with indirect simulation with matlab,direct RTL code simulation can not only achieve the same test function,but also better promote the code coverage and functional coverage,and further improve the quality of verification.
