Study on the method of making water resources utilization plan in sponge city construction planning

我国海绵城市建设规划的编制还处于初步试验阶段。整合目前相关规划经验,坚持问题导向与目标导向相结合,文章提出一套全系统统筹协调的水资源利用方案编制流程,以定量分析的方法落实了雨水资源利用率指标,为全国海绵城市建设规划的编制提供了借鉴作用。

The preparation of sponge city construction planning in China is still in the initial experimental stage. Integrating the current experience and sticking to the combination of problem orientation and goal orientation, this paper puts forward a set of system-wide integrated and coordinated water resource utilization programming process, and implements the rainwater resource utilization index by quantitative analysis, which provides a reference for the compilation of the national sponge city construction plan.
