“G-U-S-C”四位一体教师教育改革实验区系统论的理论构建 被引量:2

摘要 作为教师教育改革的突破口,打造“G-U-S-C”四位一体教师教育改革实验区,不仅是教师专业发展的迫切需要,也是对国家教育政策的回应、思考和深化。实验区以促进师范生培养、提升教师队伍质量为目标,试图实现教师职前职后一体化的人才培养模式,以带动区域教师教育综合改革。基于系统论视角,该实验区具有整体性、层次性、开放性、动态性的显著特征,在系统论的整体优化律、协同和谐律运行机理下,可以构建“G-U-S-C”四位一体教师教育改革实验区理论模型。 The construction of“G-U-S-C”Quaternity Experimental Community can be a breakthrough for the reform of teacher education.It is not only necessary for teacher education but also a reflection of public policy.The core of the experimental community is“educating”,and the purpose is to train normal students and improve the quality of teachers,aiming at achieving the integration of pre-service and post-service education and promoting the development of teacher education within a district.Through the analysis with systemic theory,we find that the experimental community has the features of integration,multi-level,openness,and fluid.The construction of experimental community can be improved by optimizing and collaborating operations,as well as optimizing administrative management with the guidance of“educating”mechanisms and system methodology.
