Research on Endogenous Power of High Quality Development of Agriculture——View of Interactive Relationship between Institutional Change, Technological Progress and Economic Performance

摘要 基于农业经营主体理性人假设,构建动态增长模型与风险期望模型,探寻了农业发展中技术进步、制度变迁与经济绩效的互动规律。结果表明:农业经营主体的经济绩效会激励技术投入,进而引发制度变迁;阶段性的制度变迁和连续的技术进步又反过来促进经济绩效的增长,从而可形成三者良性互动。研究还发现,经营主体技术偏好和制度创新能力是三者良性互动的关键。因此,促进农业高质量发展需要引导与激励农业经营主体提高技术偏好和提升制度创新能力。 Based on the hypothesis of rational agricultural business subject, this paper explores the inherent laws of the interaction among technological progress, institutional change and economic performance of agricultural business entities, by constructing dynamic growth model and risk expectation model, The research shows that economic performance of the business entity can promote technological advancement and induce institutional change;Staged institutional change and continuous technological progress can promote economic performance growth, which can produce a benign interaction;Technology favorite and institution innovation ability are two important factors to the benign interaction. Therefore, active guidance and encouragement of agricultural business entities to increase technology favorite and raise institution innovation ability is vital to high-quality development of agriculture.
