摘要
鉴于产品的专有性及制造过程的刚性,与服务的无形性及提供过程的柔性,分别将产品归属于阳、服务归属于阴,基于阴阳平衡视角,以好孩子婴儿车为研究对象,解析其混合产品的生成过程。研究发现:从静态角度,面向客户问题解决的混合产品生成过程是属阳的产品与属阴的服务达到平衡的过程;从动态角度,制造业服务化是扩张与丰富服务阴,夯实和精炼制造阳的过程。
Considering the rigidity of product manufacturing and its providing process, as well as the flexibility of service derivative and its providing process, this paper classifies products as Yang and services as Yin through the Yin-yang Balance Theory. Taking the pram products of Goodbaby Company as an example, it analyzes the generation process of hybrid offerings. The results show that from a static perspective, the hybrid offerings generation process for solving customer problems is a process of achieving a balance between Yang products and Yin services, while from a dynamic perspective, servitization is not only a process of expanding and enriching Yin services, but also consolidating and refining Yang manufacturing.
