考虑冲突的建设工程跨项目团队学习演化博弈模型 被引量:3

Evolutionary Game Model of Construction Cross-project Teams’ Learning Based on Conflict Theory

摘要 基于冲突视角,将前景理论引入演化博弈建模过程,构建学习演化博弈模型,剖析建设工程跨项目团队学习在冲突情境下的演化发展规律,并对模型进行检验与数据模拟。研究结果表明:驱动跨项目团队学习达到最大努力水平需要两个条件;较低水平的冲突有利于团队产生更灵活的认知和更具创新性的解决方案;在冲突影响下,团队将会根据其所付出的学习成本大小随时调整其学习策略;同时采取处罚和激励机制能减少潜在的冲突造成的消极学习行为。 Based on the perspective of conflict, this study introduces the prospect theory to build a dynamic learning evolutionary game model. The perceived benefit matrix is set up with the prospect value function replacing the revenue function of evolutionary game, which is to explore the evolutional rules on account of conflicts. Through testing and simulating of the above model, the essential conclusions are drawn. Firstly, the maximum effort level will be completed under two conditions. Secondly, the more flexible awareness and innovative solutions will be generated under the lower conflicts level. Thirdly, under the influence of the conflicts, the project teams will adjust their learning strategies according to their learning costs. Lastly, both punishment and incentive mechanisms adopted by organization can reduce the negative learning behaviors caused by potential conflicts.
