责任归属、废物管理与绿色可持续实践关系实证研究——以绿色自我效能为调节变量 被引量:2

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Ascribed Responsibility,Waste Treatment and Green Sustainable Development——Take the Green Self-efficacy as the Moderating Variable

摘要 以可持续发展理论为基础,突破研究视角,从管理者责任归属意识出发,引入中介变量废物管理,调节变量绿色自我效能,构建调节中介模型,聚焦绿色自我效能情境下,管理者责任归属意识与绿色可持续实践关系。研究结果表明:(1)责任归属意识对绿色可持续实践存在正向影响关系;废物管理在责任归属与绿色可持续实践过程中起到完全中介作用;(2)绿色自我效能强化了责任归属对废物管理的正向影响关系;且正向调节了废物管理的中介效应。 Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper breaks through the research perspective and introduces the intermediary variable-waste management and moderator variable-green self-efficacy from the perspective of the sense of belonging of managers’ responsibility, constructs the moderator mediation effect model and focuses on the relationship between the sense of belonging of managers’ responsibility and the practice of green sustainability in the context of green self-efficacy.The research results show that :(1)ascribed responsibility has a positive impact on green sustainable practice, and waste management plays a full intermediary role in the process of responsibility attribution and green sustainable practice;(2)green self-efficacy strengthens the positive impact of ascribed responsibility on waste management, and positively moderates the intermediary effect of waste management.The research enriches and improves the action path and research paradigm of green sustainable practice.
