卷枝毛霉SN2017发酵产银杏黄酮条件优化 被引量:4

Fermentation conditions optimization of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids by Mucor circinelloides SN2017

摘要 以银杏内共生真菌卷枝毛霉(Mucor circinelloides)SN2017为研究对象,总黄酮产量为响应值,采用单因素试验及响应面法对其产黄酮的发酵工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,卷枝毛霉SN2017产黄酮的最优发酵工艺条件为:初始pH值5.5、发酵温度30℃、接种量9.7%、通气量6.5 L/min,在此最优条件下,总黄酮产量为56.63 mg/L,较优化前提高8.09%,为规模化生产提供了理论和实践的基础。 Using Mucor circinelloides SN2017,an endosymbiosis fungus in Ginkgo biloba,as the research object,and total flavonoids yield as the response value,the fermentation conditions of flavonoids production were optimized by single factor tests and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for flavonoids production by M.circinelloides SN2017 were initial pH 5.5,fermentation temperature 30℃,inoculum 9.7%and ventilation 6.5 L/min.Under these optimum conditions,the total flavonoids yield was 56.63 mg/L,which was 8.09%higher than that before optimization.This study provided a theoretical and practical basis for large-scale production of flavonoids.
