中亚国家高质量共建“一带一路”的认知与思考

Cognition and Thinking on High-Quality Co-Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative by Central Asian Countries

中亚国家既是中国周边外交的重要方向,也是"一带一路"建设的优先方向。"一带一路"倡议提出后,随即得到了中亚国家在内的多国热烈相应和积极参与。当前,"一带一路"建设已进入高质量发展的"工笔画"阶段,作为首倡之地,随着"一带一路"高质量发展和在中亚国家的深入推进,中亚国家对此认知也出现了诸多新变化。高质量共建"一带一路",离不开中国与中亚国家提高共同利益的认知水平,离不开相互发展战略之间的精准对接,着力构建以"周边命运共同体"为导向的中国—中亚国家合作新模式。

Central Asian countries are an important direction for China’s peripheral diplomacy,and also a priority of the Belt and Road Initiative.After the Belt and Road Initiative was launched,it immediately received warm responses and active participation from many countries,including Central Asian countries.At present,the construction of the Belt and Road has entered the stage of"claborate-style painting"of high-quality development.As the first advocate,with the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the further promotion of Central Asian countries,many new changes of Central Asian countries’cognition have emerged.To build a new mode of cooperation between China and Central Asian countries guided by the"a community of common destiny",the high-quality co-construction of the Belt and Road Initiative is inseparable from the improvement of the cognitive level of common interests between China and Central Asian countries,and from the precise connection between mutual development strategies.
