东亚区域价值链背景下中国制造业分工地位及提升路径研究

Research on the GVC Position and Improvement Route of China’s Manufacturing Industry from the Perspectives of East Asian Regional Value Chain

采用生产分解模型,在区域价值链背景下深入探讨中国和东亚国家制造业GVC分工地位特征,在分析一国参与价值链分工路径的变化规律及该路径对国际分工地位影响机理的基础上,从前向、后向、简单和复杂生产链长度视角分别探讨不同嵌入形式和参与模式提升分工地位的具体路径。结果表明:中国制造业的GVC分工地位处于东亚地区的中下游水平。GVC分工地位影响路径结果显示:中国价值链分工地位提升路径呈现出有效和低效提升路径协同演进的特征;日本、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国和越南价值链均向有效路径转变,但具体路径各不相同;韩国主要以延长需求型间接生产链长度的方式参与国际分工,而柬埔寨、老挝的参与方式则是延长需求型直接生产链长度。

In the context of regional value chain,this paper deeply discusses the status of manufacturing GVC in China and East Asian countries with the production decomposition model.Based on the analysis of the change rule of a country’s participation in the division of labor and the influence mechanism of this path on the international division of labor status,the specific paths of different embedded forms and participation modes to promote the division of labor are discussed.Result shows that the GVC division of labor in China’s manufacturing industry is at the middle and lower reaches of East Asia from the perspectives of forward,backward,simple and complex production chain lengths.The GVC division of labor in China’s manufacturing industry is at the middle and lower reaches of East Asia.The GVC division of labor influence path shows that the path of upgrading the value chain of China’s value chain presents a characteristic of effective and inefficient improvement of the path;Japan,Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand and Vietnam have all changed their value chains to effective paths,but the specific paths are different.South Korea mainly participates in the international division of labor in the form of extending the indirect production chain length of demand,while the participation of Cambodia and Laos is to extend the demand-oriented direct production chain length.
