摘要
采用Meta分析方法,基于88篇独立研究文献和24122个有效观测对象,分析了中国企业情境下信任与绩效关系的影响效应。结果发现:①不同层次、类型的信任与绩效之间显著正相关,但在强度上有差异,组织间信任对合作类绩效影响更强,组织内信任对关系和创新类绩效影响更强;②两者关系受到情境特征、设计特征、测量特征的调节,其中信任设计、出版、时间特征对组织间信任与绩效关系调节效应不显著,行业和第三方变量特征对个人层次信任与绩效关系调节效应不显著;③未来关注两者关系的复杂环境和动态过程特征,有助于更好理解信任对绩效的影响。
By conducting a Meta-Analysis of prior studies based on 88 independent samples and 24122 valid observations,this paper systematically analyzes the effect of trust on performance in Chinese enterprise context.Result shows that the positive and significant firms’trust-performance relationships are different on intensity:trust has a stronger impact on inter-firm cooperative performance and intra-firm relationship performance.Also the trust-performance relationships possibly are moderated by contextual factors,design factors and measurement factors,but there are nonsignificant moderating effects of publish,time,and trust design factors on the inter-firm trust-performance relationships,and of industry and the third variable on the individual trust-performance relationships.Finally,the complex contextual factors and dynamic process factors may have an important impact on Chinese firms trust-performance relationship.
