走向世界文学的宇文所安唐诗译本研究

Study of the Tang Poems Translated by Stephen Owen Becoming the World Literature

“世界文学”的实践性意味着其途径的演变性、阶段性、层次性,但“世界文学”的建构途径也有其基本原则。翻译及其相关的途径是民族文学经典走向世界文学的重要手段。本文通过考察宇文所安选译的可通约性价值、译诗的世界诗歌特性、译诗的经典化和经典阅读、国际译评的推动作用,分析了唐诗的世界文学的建构过程。但是我们必须注意,汉学家把中国文学译文建构成为世界文学的一部分,本质上为了满足他们自己的学术研究需要,而不是为了把中国文学推向世界文学。

The developing practice of the“world literature”means its changeability,various phases,and different hierarchy of its approaches,but the construction approach of the“world literature”owns its basic principles.Translation and some other related approaches are the important means for the national literature to become the world literature.This paper explores the commensurability value of the Tang poems chosen for English translation by Stephen Owen,the world poetry of translated versions,the translation canonization,the reading of canonized translated poems and the pushing effect of the international comment on the translated Tang poems,analyzing the construction of Tang poems.However,we need to be aware that the sinologists like Stephen Owen pushed Chinese literature into part of the world literature fundamentally due to the need of their academic research instead of driving the Chinese literature into the world literature.
