山东省高校图书馆微服务现状调查——以本科高校图书馆为例

Research on investigation on micro service status of university library in Shandong province:taking undergraduate university library as an example

为深入了解山东省区域范围内高校图书馆微服务的整体发展水平及高校图书馆之间存在的差异,文章将山东省内本科高校图书馆作为调查样本,主要采用网络调查法、内容分析法、参与体验法、专家访谈法等对图书馆微信公众平台、微博、QQ、移动图书馆4个微服务平台的建设使用情况进行调查。结果显示,图书馆微服务发展水平参差不齐,存在一系列问题待解决:部分高校图书馆微服务平台基本外部特征信息尚需规范;微服务的形式和内容相对单一、缺乏一定创新;对各微服务平台重视及利用程度不一;图书馆微服务平台的宣传及推广有待提高等。

To deeply understand the overall development level of micro-services in university libraries within Shandongprovince and the differences between university libraries,this paper takes the undergraduate university libraries inShandong province as the sample for investigation,and mainly adopts the network survey method,content analysismethod,participation experience method,expert interview method and so on to investigate the construction and use of thelibraries’WeChat public platform,microblog,QQ and mobile libraries.The results show that the development level oflibrary micro-services is uneven,and there are a series of problems to be solved that is the form and content of microservices are relatively single and lack of innovation and the different degrees of attention and utilization are attached toeach micro-service platform and the publicity and promotion of library micro-service platform need to be improved.
