盐城市科技型中小企业评价发展研究

Research on the evaluation and development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Yancheng city

为践行"大众创业,万众创新"理念,科技部、财政部、国家税务总局联合制定了《科技型中小企业评价办法》,统一了评价标准,构建了一套完整、系统、科学的科技型中小企业评价体系,以确保精准扶持科技型中小企业。文章介绍了2018年盐城市科技型中小企业的基本情况和优惠政策,总结了政策实施以来盐城市科技型中小企业评价实施情况和工作成效,提出盐城市中小企业在科技评价中存在的问题,并给出一些促进科技型中小企业发展的建议。

In order to carry out the idea of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the Ministry of Science and Technology,the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly formulate the Evaluation Measures for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology, and construct the unifying the evaluation criteria, a complete,systematic and scientific evaluation system of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises to ensure the accurate support of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper introduces the basic situation and preferential policies of the sci-tech smes in Yancheng city in 2018, and summarizes the implementation of the evaluation of the sci-tech smes in Yancheng city from the implementation of the policy and the effectiveness of the work and puts forward the problems existing in the evaluation of science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yancheng city, and gives some suggestions on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprisesofscienceandtechnology.
