摘要 文章指出纸张计数是生活、工作中经常遇到的问题,基于单片机可实现弱电间的互联通信、信号传输的原理,设计制作了能即时计数待测纸张数量的显示装置。利用FDC2214驱动模块测电容、LM2596芯片模块降压稳压,在保证精度的同时,将两板间对应的电容变化信号转化为可区分的频率信号,通过编程计算出对应的纸张数量。实验结果表明:该设计方案受环境的影响较小,理论值和实测值吻合良好,装置精度可满足相关行业的要求。 This paper points out that paper counting is a problem often encountered in life and work. Based on single chip computer, the theory of interconnection between the weak current communication, signal transmission can be realized and the real-time counting paper number display device under test can be designed. Using the FDC2214 drive module to measure the capacitance and LM2596 chip module to reduce and stabilize the voltage, the corresponding capacitance change signals between the two plates are transformed into differentiable frequency signals while ensuring the accuracy, and the corresponding number of paper is calculated through programming. The results of the experiment show that the design scheme is less affected by the environment, and the theoretical value and the measured value are in good agreement, and the precision of the device can meet the requirements of relevant industries.
