摘要
横梁是激光钳工划线机中重要的承载部件,其静、动态特性对整机的划线精度和稳定性影响很大。采用ANSYS的designmodeler模块对激光钳工划线机横梁结构进行三维建模,并进行静力分析与模态分析。结果表明:当激光器运动到横梁中点时,横梁整体产生最大变形,最大变形量0.0052mm;通过模态分析得到了横梁整体前6阶固有频率和相应振型,其一阶固有频率为202.04Hz。以上分析验证了该激光钳工划线机横梁结构的静态特性和动态特性皆满足划线精度要求。
the crossbeam is an important load-bearing part of the laser locksmith marking machine.Its static and dynamic characteristics have a great influence on the marking accuracy and stability of the whole machine.Using the design modeler module of ANSYS,the beam structure of laser locksmith marking machine is modeled in three dimensions,and the static analysis and modal analysis are carried out.The results show that when the laser moves to the mid point of the beam,the maximum deformation of the beam is 0.0052 mm;the first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the beam are obtained by modal analysis,and the first natural frequency is 202.04 Hz.The above analysis verifies that the static and dynamic characteristics of the beam structure of the laser locksmith marking machine meet the requirements of marking accuracy.
