摘要
在汽车碰撞安全中,保证汽车在高速碰撞过程中燃油系统的安全性一直是汽车生产厂及汽车研究机构所面临的一项重要课题,研究一套切实可行的方法真正实现保证燃油系统安全性,防止因燃油泄漏等问题引起事故非常有必要。本文基于国内外法规对于燃油系统的要求,借鉴及结合欧美韩日等主流车企对于燃油系统检定的经验,主要针对国内外车企对传统车的燃油系统检定方法研究的不足,研究整理出一套对燃油系统的监测手段和检定方法,后期并在相应车型上进行了应用,验证了此方法的正确性和可行性。
In the process of automobile collision safety, it is an important task for automobile manufacturers and automobile research institutions to ensure the safety of fuel system in the process of high speed collision. It is necessary to study a practical method to ensure the safety of fuel system and prevent accidents caused by oil leakage. Based on the requirements of domestic and foreign laws and regulations for fuel system, this paper uses for reference and combines the experience of major automobile enterprises such as Europe, America, Korea, Japan and other major automobile enterprises in the verification of fuel system. Aiming at the shortage of domestic and foreign automobile enterprises’ research on traditional vehicle fuel system verification method, a set of monitoring means and verification method for traditional vehicle fuel system is studied and sorted out. The method is proved to be correct and feasible.
